A twist of fate and a bar of chocolate.

"Long ago... About 20 years prior, there was a man named Willy Wonka, who was well known for making the most delicious and scrumptious chocolate the universe has ever known."

We see a 8-year-old Aqua looking through a glass window and saw numbers of candy and chocolate produces with the name Wonka. A glitter of happiness shined in her big, blue eyes as she gazed. She bought a bar of Wonka chocolate and enjoyed it along with a trillion of other children across the cosmos.

"I loved it."

"Wow, Mr. Wonka must of been very famous!" Nanako smiled at Aqua's story. Nanako was ready for bed, but had trouble sleeping, so Aqua decided to come in and tell her one of her own experiences as a child.

"Indeed, he was, Nanako. Willy Wonka was a hero among the children. He eventually made an giant factory to make all of the chocolate it was 1000 times the size of any other factory you'll see on Earth. In fact, it wasn't even on the Earth, but somewhere in the Earth's stratosphere. When I was old enough and before I ever became a keywielder, I began working there myself. The atmosphere was genuine and pleasant, the pay was great, but most importantly, his way of making candy was out of this universe! He invent a way for ice cream that would never melt even when exposed to temperatures up to 1 million degrees Celsius. Delectable caramel-coated bears covered with fudge. Cinnamon-covered, marshmallow rabbits with almond. And chocolate clams with gumballs inside them."

"Sounds really delicious. Was there any candy you liked in particular?" Nanako asked.

"Well, when I was working there, Mr. Wonka made a bubble gum that one can blow to immense size." Aqua smiled. "And I mean immense. And I should know, I was the tester. Luckily, Mr. Wonka had a special room that has infinite space to test it's limit."

A 14-year-old Aqua takes a stick bubble gum and blows a bubble that's reaches the size of the Milky Way before popping into a pink, gooey mess and out of the room came a gum-covered Aqua. She gave two thumbs up as they cleaned the gum off her.

"Now THAT sounds like my kind of gum!" Chris laughed in excitement. "I sure wish I was there."

"Unfortunately they had to discontinue it as a bubble of that size could destroy the universe or make it very sticky."

"Awwww..."

"Everything was glamorous. Everything was perfection. Everything was... Pure imagination. However... That didn't last forever as we began to have problems... Shortly after I became a keyblade wielder and before I became 15, other companies became jealous." Aqua looked down in sorrow. "They began to send in spies in order to steal the secret from us. Keep in mind that this wasn't the other multi-business companies, but other smaller businesses and all around the same area. 'Finkleboogers' started making ice cream that never melts, 'Pimplenose' began making a gum that never lost it's flavor and 'Slimeworth', I'm don't know how he manage to get this one, manage to make bubble gum you can blow to immense sizes, the discontinued one." The way Aqua was coming up with de-meaningful names for the companies showed how much she despised them.

"The one that you loved so much." Nanako spoke. "What happened?"

"Well, the thievery got so bad..." Aqua continued. "That one day, without any warning... Mr. Wonka told every single one of this workers, including me, to go home. And that he was closing his factory... forever..."

A 15-year old Aqua, saw the gates close in front of her as her paradise was locked up before her eyes. A single tear drop ran down her cheek as she saw Wonka walk inside the factory.

"No one has seen Mr. Wonka or have been in his factory since... A several of months have passed and business for Mr. Wonka started picking up again. But I couldn't bring myself to buy another Wonka produce again..." Aqua had sorrow fill her eyes as the 9-year-old ghost child tried to comfort her. Chris heard this story and became silent as Nanako went off to bed. He and Aqua were the last people in the living quarters of their ship.

"Was the guilt too much to bare?" He asked about her not eating the candy.

"You can say that." Aqua replied. "Oh, Chris. Why must people ruin the lives and dreams of others?"

"Jealously always leads to temptation. Temptation leads to thievery. Thievery leads to deception. Deception leads to Harm. There will always be that one person seeking to do you harm in more ways than one." Chris embraced Aqua in comfort.

"What I wouldn't give just to go into that factory one more time... And see what's become of it."

"Go ahead and get some sleep, Aqua. I'll be heading to bed in a few." Chris spoke. As Chris saw Aqua left, Eddie comes up to him.

"So, what's the plan?" The Roadie asked. The look in Chris' eyes can tell everything he's thinking: Find a way to make Aqua happy again. During the night, Chris and Eddie rode in the Deuce to fly down to Earth and find the entrance to Willy Wonka's Factory. It was located somewhere in the United Kingdom. As they entered the atmosphere, Chris and Eddie were hit with a cold front and snow as it was the last week of November. Luckily, their outfits were suited for that kind of weather and it was nighttime in the city.

"Is that the factory?" Eddie asked.

"Should be... or at least, connected to the one in space." Chris assumed. He spotted a number of people in the factory yard. "I see some people... Set us down, on that rooftop." Eddie did just that and set them down. Little people on motorcycles cruised through the city and placed posters on poles. When the coast was clear, Chris jumped down, took the poster and warped back to the rooftop. He began to read the poster, it said:

"'Dear people of the world, I, Willy Wonka, have decided to allow 10 children, ranging from ages 10-18, to visit my factory this year. In addition, one of these children will receive a special prize of anything beyond their wildest imagination.

I sent 10 Golden Tickets and hid them inside my ordinary Wonka bars and randomly distributed them all across the cosmos. The ten children that find these tickets will earn the right to visit my factory for the whole day. I wish you all the best of luck.'"

"Sounds exciting." Eddie grinned. Chris had a fierce determination in his eyes. Both of them went back to their space station and Chris started tracking the 10 Wonka bars with the golden ticket. He used his senses to trace the atom that made up the gold ticket using the chemical element Au as the tracker, and his Chaos Emerald. It took a while but they were out of his sensing range. But somehow, someway, he will get one golden ticket... For Aqua.
First off, this story is apart of the Chaos Heroes storyline. Rather this has effect on the Kingdom Hearts storyline is entirely up to you. Just be subtle about it.
Second, I know the original Wonka stories only have five golden tickets. I wanted there to be more competition between the characters by having 10 golden tickets I also increased the age range from child to teen.
Third, the four original children, Augustus, Violet, Veruca and Mike all have their persona from the 70's Wonka movie.
Fourth, the finders of the golden tickets are the original four (Augustus, Violet, Veruca and Mike) and the other... You'll just have to read to find out.
And fifth, if you're gonna be asking me about Aqua's age. Well, read this story and find out.

Important Characters/Roles: (Like with my other fanfics, two characters will be taking role of two characters. But just these two.)
-Aqua (Charlie Buckets and Grandpa Joe's backstory)
-Christopher Cifelli (Grandpa Joe)

Anyway, I only own Darkwind Chronicles and my own characters. All other characters belong to their representative owner.

And with that out of the way, enjoy and please share your comments.
